Q2 Program: CVC Staycation - Volunteers Behind the Scenes at the World's Busiest Airport

Join the CVC for our Q2 Program as we go behind-the-scenes at the World's Busiest Airport, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL)! If you have ever flown in or out of ATL, chances are that you have encountered one of their many volunteers. From greeting travelers to playing pianos to welcoming military service members, volunteers help make our airport one of the friendliest and most welcoming in the world.

Representatives from CVC member company Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Department of Aviation will share examples of volunteers in action throughout the airport. We will learn about different ways the airport relies on volunteers and how their team works strategically with partner organizations. Be prepared to be inspired!

Space is limited for this special program, and all participants must pre-register for security purposes. We ask that each member company or organization only send one representative so that as many businesses as possible have the chance to participate.

Please dress comfortably and wear your walking shoes. Parking is available in the economy lot (~$20) or hourly parking ($30-40), or you may consider taking MARTA (Southbound all the way to the end of the line). We will meet in the airport atrium in the domestic terminal. The tour begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. and will conclude by no later than 12:00 p.m.
