You are invited to join the CVC for our Q4 program at the Westside Future Fund on Wednesday, October 23 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Our topic is Measurement Goals and KPIs: Making the Business Case for Effective CSR Programs.
In today’s corporate landscape, linking social responsibility initiatives to measurable business outcomes is essential for corporate citizenship professionals. This workshop is designed to provide CVC Members with the tools and strategies needed to demonstrate the value of corporate citizenship to key decision-makers in their organizations. Through this interactive program, members will learn directly from executive leaders on how to effectively align corporate citizenship programs with core business objectives, establish clear KPIs, and present data that demonstrates the impact of community engagement, sustainability, and social responsibility on financial performance and organizational growth.
CVC members are encouraged to bring up to five current measurement goals or KPIs (key performance indicators) to this hands-on workshop. Together, we will explore practical frameworks for building a strong business case, tailoring approaches to suit each organization’s unique context. By the end of the program, members will walk away with fresh ideas and strategies as they plan and refine their corporate citizenship goals for 2025, while strengthening their ability to make the business case for their initiatives.
Following the workshop, CVC will collect measurement goals and KPIs (redacting company and contributor names) to create a measurement resource for members to reference as you continue to make meaningful impacts within your organization and in the community.
