Learn Tips for Award-Winning IMPACT Applications From the Pros!

Winning a Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta (CVC) IMPACT Award is a great way to highlight your company and celebrate the hard-work of employees. We are pleased to welcome our 2020 IMPACT Award winners Lauren Abbott (King & Spalding), Carley Stephens (Gas South) and Yvonne Whitaker (NCR) to share their tips and ideas for designing award-winning applications with you!

Please plan to join us on Tuesday, July 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for this brief and informative session. All companies are welcome to apply for CVC IMPACT Awards. Nonprofit representatives may also nominate corporate partners with partner approval. This year's award categories include:

IMPACT Corporate Program of the Year

Presented to an exemplary corporate employee volunteer or corporate social responsibility program that went above and beyond in the period between January 1, 2020 and June 1, 2021 to effectively integrate community service and impact and/or volunteering into the company's business culture.

IMPACT Corporate Project of the Year

Presented for a short-term corporate employee engagement / volunteer project or social impact project that was completed between January 1, 2020 and June 1, 2021 and achieved significant measurable results.

IMPACT Corporate Skills-Based Award

Presented to a business in recognition of its efforts to leverage the skills of the company’s employees to build operational capacity of nonprofit or community partners while fostering professional growth. Nominations may specifically reference an established skills-based volunteering program or may highlight a new program created in response to COVID-19 or other current events. All projects and programs referenced in the nomination must take place between January 1, 2020 and June 1, 2021.
