CVC members are doers. Supporting and caring for others is in our DNA. And over the years, we have learned that we are better together! Since 1992, CVC members have come together to share best practices and support each other in making more informed decisions about how companies and organizations can best support community.
As we proceed through these uncertain days where COVID-19 is affecting everyone, we know that many of your colleagues are looking for guidance about how to help. In response, the CVC will begin hosting a weekly "Solutions Hour" phone meeting each Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
For our first meeting on Wednesday, March 18, Milton Little, President and CEO of United Way of Greater Atlanta and other leadership will share about what they have identified as priority community needs and the newly announced Metro Atlanta COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund.
We will focus our conversations on identifying solutions for Metro Atlanta's most pressing needs. We will also allow space for sharing ideas, identifying service gaps and more.
